I was in the same boat as everyone else, but I sent email after email after email. I got the information for the Director of Sales and Marketing, which I'm posting below, and the email of the customer service guy, Ryan, who refunded my money! I told them- and showed them- that I have screen prints saved that proves that without a doubt they say that registration is FREE.
So they SAID they refunded my money but I can't see it in my bank yet, so I'm sure tomorrow. So... since I've worked so hard to get my money, I sent them the link all these nice BidRack complaints on Scambook.com too and asked him very nicely to refund all that money too. But just in case they don't get back to you, here's his email, and also the information for their Sales and Marketing Director.

Bid Rack is getting tons of complaints and they are not doing anything wrong your all complaining about yourselves not paying attention when it comes down to it you see 95% off ipad and then get all impulsive like a kid at a candy store especially if you don't win right away you do HAVE TO WIN TO GET the items as well I'm sure that means thats false advertising too if you don't only pay 5% of what you were bidding on costs at retAIL

- Oh yes they are. I have a screen print of what the site USED to look like. WE all give our credit card info to ebay, amazon.com etc.. so that when we buy, the site can charge us. They gave my money back when I showed them proof they they said the registration was free and that they needed our info so that when we bid, we can be ready, and cleared, to buy.

i REGISTERED PRIOR TO TODAY USING THE OLD SYSTEM I CAN P[ROVIDE A LINK WITH SCREENSHOTS TO IT ALSO YOU WEREN'T SCAMMED YOU WERENT PAYING ATTENTION I SIGNED UP MONTHS AGO WITH THE OLD SYSTEM THERES A FEW FORUMS THAT ALSO HAVE THE OLD REGISTRATION PROCESS ON SCREENSHOTS TOO IT ALL COMES DOWN TO BEING A SMART PURCHASER IM SORRY YOU GOT SUCKERED IF THEY DID REFUND YOUR MONEY IT WASN'T BECAUSE THEY DID ANYTHING WRONG IT WAS A COURTESY TO KEEP A POTENTIAL CLIENT NOTHING MORE!

I will give anyone here that wants to research it further my details and you can confirm I'm just a late 20's guy that is a full-time broke as hell as student that has one some stuff off of Bidrack that really hates that people are so ignorant and lazy to read and decided to comment on peop[le stupidity take it wuith a grain of salt and continue posting how you all were scammed because your too fucking lazy to read THE TERMS/CONDITIONS of a legally binding agreement that you ended up losing because you didn't wanna read LOL
