I paid for this product called HCG Ultra but found out that I would not beable to use it because of the strict diet I would have to be on. When I tried to get it taken care through the company I got no response. I wwould like to be able to get my money back.

This company is a Scam company. Re this complaint theyn advertize a money back guarantee. I also purchased the HCG at 109.94 on a credit card. I checked the transaction and they charged 111.87 plus 3.35 to my card. I called and was told that a ticket would be made and given to the higher ups. These are the exact words. Heard nothing, called again got message line left a message with my phone number. Still have nothing, this has been since 9/02/2012.my next action will be to go to my bank and see if they can handle it. Only involves $5.98 but imagine how many people this has happened.

I ordered the same and was advised it would be 109.94 on a credit card. They charged the 109.94 and then charged 3.30 "international fee". I only ordered because my friend had posted on FB that the product was working great for her...unfortunately, I found out after I ordered that her FB account had been jacked and she did not post that information. :-(
