My complaint WAS NOT about the air conditioners. It was about the HEAT AND COOL UNITS (conditioners). They do not have them in stock at all nor do they have any at the advertised price.

- Okay, I understand. The $119 model is a straight cool 5,000 btu unit...the heat/cool models are not available in that low of a power. 8,000 btu models are on sale for $365.88 right now (reg. $429). See http://famoustate.com/_CGI/SEARCH3?MINOR=AIR. Sorry for the confusion, but these models are in-stock. But only straight cool units are available in the 5,000 btu capacity.
