i ordered a pair of shoes about 9 months ago. originally they sent the wrong pair and they said they would send the right pair again. They stuffed up the shipping address and they were lost in the mail, so they said they would resend them. that was months ago now, and every time i contact them to get get my tracking number and ask what is going on they keep on sending me the same stupid message over and over saying they have got their specialists on it. Now they will not return my emails
