Kerry Russell Broker at Beach Street Realty stole approximately $3000 from our house when he went over to view the property. I confronted him and he admitted to taking items worth $1200+ and has only returned one item. I requested a release from the contract and my keys back but he refused and says i must reimburse him for advertising. No one viewed the house and no sales are imminent. I hold Kerry Russell and Beach Street Realty responsible as long as he keeps our keys for any damages or theft.

- This statement is a lie . Kerry Russell NEVER stole anything from this persons home. He is nothing more than a bully who thinks he can threaten to call police to get what he wants. The statement is false with no evidence to back the claim.
