I too received a letter supposedly from Publishers Clearing House indicating that I won $2,600,000 and needed to call either a Mike Miller at 1-855-517-0178 or a David Wells at a Canadian exchange. The winning number listed was the same at the individual that posted the previous comment, 7354267399. I haven't submitted any money, however did call the number and was told in a recording that the mailbox was full, it didn't even list the person's name.
