I completed all 7 seven assignments in mid March 2012 a total of 68 pages of information i complied.Three months ,hundreds of messages to customer service, countless email requests,warning Baktur months in advance i would file a complaint.Nothing ,yes nothing was done hundreds of poor excuses given but no final grant draft ,and NO,NO,NO,NO SUBMISSIONS were provided.
On June 27 i finally did a a call stating they wanted to settle my case. Next day the proposal was sent,i was told i would receive a full refund of $2000. The additional $200 was for insurance guarantee if the grant funding did not occur.
I specifically urgently asked for the list firms needed to submit my proposal.Again i was told this would be done, i would be assigned a couch and complete the process.
Prior to the call on 6/27 i had submitted another compliant that took a day to post.After the second post Baktur now change what they agreed to refund. No submissions,full refund.Next day no 2k refund but now offer is $1000 still no submissions.Next day no money until the posts were removed from sites b. They knew this could not be done but now refuse the refund . NO submissions no grants ,now voiding there own guarantee and again not responding.
I would like to help organize with the others and bring in the CAL AG office.
