I too bought a pair of boots for my daughter. Like everyone else, PayPal deducted it from my accout, but I never received the boots. I sent an email to the company and no response. The only reason why I noticed these complaints was that I was googling the company via phone number to see where they were located. So disappointed. This website needs to be hut down!
