On checking my Bank Statement, I found that I had been charged £59.95 for a promotional deal offer of £3.95. I want my money Returned. Very annoyed.I have not been able to contact anyone about this unauthorised transaction. If anyone knows how to contact them Please advise. Eamon Brothers.

- I fell for the same thing. But now having read the small print on the web site it says after 14 days trial if you dont sent it back you will get invoiced and are then put on an automatic resend list and will get another one every 30 days and br ivoijced for it. When it was delivered the driver asked me if I wanted to sign for it as he had heard complaints from other people and if you dont sign for it they send it back. I emailed them to say I was going to send it back but the return address on the web site is different to the one on the parcel so I asked them to clarify which one. First email bounced as they have printed it incorrectly on the web site and no reply to the second one. Consequently while waiting for their reply they have billed me £59.95. I have not opened mine as I told them I was returning it but I am nbot going to send it back until I know whether I can get a refund. May as well have something for my money!! I will pursue this so if I get anywhere with it I will post it and let you know. If anyone else finds a way to contact them please let me know. Thanks. Julie

- you can contact the trading standards,your local paper,the daily mirror,investigations,also your local radio.get on to [email protected],i am negotiating my money back after threatening with police the papers trading standardsso i wish you luck.a friend in the same boat.
