My husband and I applied for a loan on line. We had several offers that we turned down that were cash advance offers. Hydra Fund II deposited 250.00 dollars into my checking account without my knowledge. They are now taking out 75.00 out of my checking account every two weeks. I've never heard of this company before but they have all of our information. My bank gave me a phone number which is 1-888-302-5332. I contacted them and told them that I have never applied for a loan with them. They informed me that because I applied through a money marketing agency that all of our information was sent to them and that they don't need a verbal approval through my husband or myself they just need to leave a voicemail. I also asked for the address so that I could make a formal complaint to the Attorney General. The address they gave me was...

I asked the woman if this is where she was located and she said no, that she was in Kansas City. Refused to give that address. I have stopped payment to them and we are closing this account. They will not get another dime from us.
