I recieved an request by fax for information when I was renewing my current yellow pages add so I filled it out and faxed it back. After that I recieved a bill for $ 109.00 monthly for 2 years. I sent them a letter requesting them to terminate my fax that turned out to be a contract and they refuse to terminate it.
