He told me that he will ship the phones via FedEx and then, when I send the 20,000 PHP on August 27, he said that he will use another shipping company. A PRIVATE SHIPPING COMPANY. "Airborne Logistics Express". And then, on the 3rd day, he hold it and ask for another money. 40,000 PHP. So i send only first 25,000 (September 1, 2012) then he said that he needs the 15,000 for him to resume the shipping.
