Some company called Fusion Lab 3

When checking my account and verifing my balance on 8-26-2011 I noticed that the balance was not consistant with my record keeping. I noticed that some company by the name of Fusion lab 3 had charged my account 68.45 cents through an alleged debit card transaction and it was in cue to be paid to them. The payment was unauthorized. I do not know Fusion lab 3 or what their alleged products are. I was never on their website to the best of my knowledge. I immediately contacted my bank but they said they could not help me at he time and I need to call Fusion Lab 3 at 214-739-5454. I called on 8-26-2011 and got no response. I also called their number at 1-866-926-2123 and got not answer. I checked on the net on other scam reporting sites and found at least one complaint on Rip-off- reports .com. where Fusion had been charging this soldier 40 dollars per month while he was deployed. He didn't authorize any payments and didn't know who this company was either. I can't find a website for Fusion lab 3 either.
