I bought a ticket and after 48 hours and a lot of calls I get a faket ticket number with no confirmed seat in the Airplane.
I went to the Airport today and coming home after 3 terrible hours trying to get the company on the phone,they answer( about 100 calls and many of them they closed down as they listen to our voice) and promised to speak with Air Company and of course they didn't.We spoke to Alex and John and what we understand this people came from India.I told them I had to go urgent as my mother went to hospital in a very bad contion.How can you stop this people??? I am devisdetid and had to get another flight on saturday. What if I come to late to see my mother alive??
