Palm loan advance has accessed my checking account somehow saying I applied for a loan with them, which I have not. Called them to tell them to give me my money back, and after about 10 minutes of arguing with me, the lady said "She couldn't refund my money but she will send a gas certificate(100.00DOLLARS) to me by email."Well, of course, I will never receive it. I am going to have to put in a dispute, which I shouldn't have to. They STOLE my money and should give it back.
