AT&T Refunded the charges on my account and put a purchase blocker in place. Just a note if you opt for the blocker on your line and you decide to remove blocker in the future and any unauthorized spam purchases show up on your account you are then FULLY LIABLE to pay for those scam purchases. We need policy in effect to make this practice illegal and punishable by law.
