I have applied for loans with other companies but not this one. I recieved a phone call from sge telling me that they could sort me out a loan. They never spoke of any charges at all and after reading their T&C there was nothing written about charges.
I checked my account they had taken £89.99.
I phoned sge but they were uncooperative, they said I had agreed to it all but I did no such thing.
I have emailed them with a complaint but still waiting to hear back.
I never got a loan from them and they did not provide me with any service, what gives them the right to take money out of my account!?
