I was called by the business named NAIS E BUSINESS SOLUTIONS and was informed that my computer was hampered by malware that needed to be removed. The NAIS E BUSINESS SOLUTIONS informed me that the computer could be corrected through remote assistance and all the malware would be eliminated and the computer would operate better than ever.
The computer was not serviced and I had it corrected by another company through my internet provider.
I am making this complaint, in part, to warn other people about this scam and to stop NAIS E BUSINESS SOLUTIONS' illegal actions.
