I applied for a loan at least three weeks ago to this date from both companys for £500. I was declined a loan however they have both taken out money from my account which i havent agreed to. SGE loans took £79.99 from my account and Loans direct.net took out £59.99 from my acount. I am treating this as theft as i didnt agree to this. SGE Loans have said that they have taken this money for a premium service, which i didnt agree to. Loans direct haven't given me an answer, they hangup when i question them. I need help in finding out how to get my money back, if you can help me oi would really appreciate this. I am on a low income and losing £140 out of my money has devasted me as this is benifit money which is supposed to help support me and my children.
