I have today been debited £54.90 by tropicleanse without my authority, i have gone overdrawn in my bank and may now incur charges, a dd has not been paid and i have been on the phone all day and no-one would do anything, managers are in meetings, my bank Natwest won't do anything and they know about this company as well,they let them have the money but have put a stop on future payments, i am so mad that Natwest have given them my money without my permission, what happened to chip and pin? seems you don't need that just to be able to get card details by deceit!!!

You took the TropiCleanse trial offer, which clearly explained the details of the auto-subscription after the trial period in the Terms & Conditions.
Customers can cancel within the trial period to decline enrolment in the auto-shipment programme.
The T&Cs are displayed to customers via:
1. A link at the bottom of every page during the ordering process
2. In full on the page where you enter your card details
3. In the automated confirmation email
4. On the Dispatch Note

- Strange no-one wanted to help me when i rung up!!! U are just fraudsters and know exactly what you are doing, thats why all the managers are on calls and you divulge where you are based, Probably not in england thats why you get away with it!!
