I received LUX shower cap instead of 2 pairs of shoes. PayPal took too long to resolve.Called Chase VISA, got refund from them immediately and then 45 days later a confirmation that it was a scam. PayPal is useless to complain since Chinese scamers provide tracking info for "shower cap"
