On August 3,2012,I had an email offer of a Designer Cologne for only the s&h cost of $5.99. I just got my credit card statement and on August 17,2012,was also a charge of $95.00....
I had gotten no statement or anything from FondScents.
This perfume called Seduction stinks!I was going to return ,but could not. I was told it was in "fine print". Looks as if I'm not the only one that couldn't read the fine print...
Why didn't they send any kind of statement is my question.
I'm going to complain to my credit card and hope they can help...But that's doubtful.

I just received phone call from them offering me $100 in coupons...I hung up on him!

- After several back and forth email w/FondScent Billing,I was told I was charged because I never complained within the 14 day free trial. I didn't get anything till after the 15th day.I asked how could I return it,if I didn't have it.I was then told it was up to the customer to inform them if it was late.HUH? I had no way to inform them. After much back and forth email w/billing,I was told as an act of courtesy,they would refund $40.00 to my account! I wanted my account closed and sure did not want $40 in an account.I feel I was scammed once..shame on me if it happened twice.I told them to keep their $40.00 and just close any account they had open for me..The last email from FondScent was"We offered you a refund of $40,and you refused.YOUR ACCOUNT IS NOW CLOSED!" Lesson learned,No such thing as a FREE TRIAL!

- A phone call with an offer of $100.00 in coupons for future FondScent orders! Looks as if I was lied to about my account being closed and my name removed.Lesson learned! I'm smarter this time.I hung up on him!
