I entered into a contract with Washington Integrity in June of 2010. For the sum of $12,000 I was supposed to receive an aged "shelf" corporation that was to be loaded with trade credit to eventually receive a D & B credit score of 80. When this was achieved (promised in 45 days) The shelf corp would be funded with loans from lenders in the amount of $250K to 350K. We were also due a credit card line of credit for 150K(this cost us an additional $4,000) The 12K deposit was represented as an amount to cover their expenses and that their profit was to be a 10% fee of loan funding. The intent of the funding was to provide realestate investment capital. After a year of excuses and no responses, I was told that D&B had red flagged our corp and that funding could not be achieved.

After threat of legal action another shelf corp was provided. There has been no progress on this account after another year. I am now pressing criminal charges for fraud.
