I requested grant assistance information. I thoght I was just paying for shipping and handling. I was charged a week later for $57.93. I called the company to give a refund because I din't authorize it. They told me that it is non-refundable. I talked to a supervisor and they would not give the refund as well. I requested info to go to someone higher.
