I applied to a Front Desk/ Customer Service postion off of CL and got a similar email. The fact that they ask for you to get your credit info is a BIG red flag for me. Also, $16-20/hour seems like more than a little much for a more entry level position. That and I received the email at 9:49pm. Here's the email I got:

Qualifications: Outstanding written and oral communication skills to do general administrative duties such as answering phones as well as taking messages, preparing mailings, and ordering supplies. We'll provide more specific details at the interview.
Hours: 9:00 AM - 5:00 PM
Pay: $16 - $20 an hour
Benefits Package: Healthcare, dental, disability/life insurance, flex medical spending plan, vacation/sick days and 401K
