Just go to lawyerratingz.com and see reviews for Michael Mandale. I was shocked while doing some more research about this Tax lawyer to notify you of my complaint and found he appeared on Fox 29 New in May 2011 re: a tax matter - this appears on You Tube.
I don't even know what office he works - he is not at 230 S. Broad Street as indicated on his websites and the office I met him on Locust - he is not there either. I requested a refund from him and gave him 30 days to respond, which he did not. I want to stop this person from scamming others.
