- File your complaint with PayPayl right away. I too had an issue with them. I filed last week with PayPal and I received my funds back today actually. Also come home today to find my package from this scammer - my new plastic throw away shower cap. Just like everyone said that they got. When I filed my claim with them, I did mention for them to check this web site for all of the complaints. Good luck!
