This site advertized a download listing 250 affiliate programs that paid commissions by paypal instantly, and a record system log for listing your affiliate company's url, product and record of your affiliate sales. I proceeded to the next page to buy it for $17.00. It said that after I paid via credit card, to click the button on the top of the page to return to the merchant page and download the affiliate list and system log. I clicked,(the (button seemed to be flat and didn't go in). Nothing happened. It didn't go back to the merchant page, and I got no download. I then, went to the back arrow at the top of the page, and was returned to the advertisement page with,NO DOWNLOAD there was just the same advertisement saying if you wanted to buy the download and list you would get the list and system to download after payment. Unbelievably, I went back to the following page again where I endered my credit card numbers, and thinking it didn't go through, clicked on the payment submmit button again, then I was billed twice I went to the top of the page again and there is actually a drawing of a button, but it isn't a button. A record of my payment was on the left hand side of the page. There was no actual button to go back and download. This is a total SCAM and I am angry at being duped. Never again! I would apreciate it if you could do whatever you can to take down this site; and help me get my money back. Thank you very much. Elizabeth Kell
