Well to start with they verbally and most importantly in writing, told us the interest rate would be 4.9% when we went to the finance office the finance manager said it was going to be 6.9% we asked how did it change? Neither the finance manager or the sales manager could explain? I said maybe the finance ferry did it! LOL Then they said our trade which was an excellent condition 2006 PT cruiser with 46,000 miles ( almost new ).They were going to give us $11,500. well we owed $5100. Subtract that from the $11,500 you get $6,400 plus we gave them $500. cash this brings us to $6,900 which is the exact amount they marked up on the 2007 Ford escape (Hibrid) with 80,000 miles on it that was worth $15,000 they marked it up to $22,000 (crazy) and they also added the $ 5,100 to our new loan. Why would we pay for a car that we traded to them with interest mind you, for seven years. (crazy) They lied to us several times, cheated us and stole our car we traded in for $0 dollars. These people stole about $7000.00 from us. The owner offered us free oil changes for a year and tint the windows in our new car. This adds up to a whopping $140. What a lame offer, no thanks I think will take the $7000.00 you stole from us. Theres a lot more to this story, but I'm getting tired of typing.
