I returned a pair of shoes that was too small from zappos.com but they didn't have the new size I needed. I googled the type of shoe I was looking for. To my surprise, I found mallagm.com which had the shoe for $50 less. Browsing through the website, I found other shoes that I had seen on different websites that was a fraction of the price. I purchased a few shoes. In the past, I have had problems receiving items I purchased overseas, so I kept a sharp eye on the status of my purchase. Each day I would go back, and it would say "Pending". The website allowed me to contact the seller, which I did...but not response. Then one day I went back to the website and couldn't access it anymore. The webpage was gone. From previous experience, I knew that PayPal gives you 45 days to dispute a claim, so I immediately contacted PayPal. The next day, PayPal credited my account. The bad part for PayPal is that they will probably never see the money that they are crediting to people's account. I don't know why PayPal doesn't blacklist Mallagm. I'm sure they've changed their name and set up a new website scamming people for more money.
