Above listed Clearing House sends card listing 50 winners of prizes stating you have to go on the web and www.pch.com/78 and list the authorized code # W3116 to win the prize.
Well there is no place to enter the code.
I believe this is just a way of getting your e-mail address. Look at some of the other complaints too.
