Ernie Cruz acting as President & CEO of Hesna Canada Inc stole 125,000 from Chris Faure in Toronto, Ontario. Requesting a loan to acquire a standby letter of credit to be issued by Citibank Philippines on behalf of a ONE HOLY CATHOLIC AND APOSTOLIC CURCILLO FOUNDATION INC based out of Makati City, Philippines. Ernie Cruz has now disappeared and refuses to return the loaned funds. Also has email address [email protected]. Also his company Hesna Canada Inc. with online website www.hesnacanadainc.com is completely bogus. None of the "partnering" companies have ever heard or dealt with Ernie Cruz or Hesna Canada Inc. All of their project experiences are real project but they had NO participation in same.
