I ordered a Mulberry bag from this company, obviously I was aware it was a fake due to the price. No problem with that but when it arrived it was awful. This company use pictures of real Mulberry bags on their website and then send their version. As with everyone else, there was no return address and I have been involved in an email situation with them for the past 2 weeks. They initially said that the bag would be lost in the post if it was returned but, several emails later, we are now up to a 15% refund if I keep the bag! I don't want the bag, its awful and not something I would use. Wish there was some way of warning people about this company before they actually order.
