I had a phone call from Apollo Business Technologies Pvt. Ltd Kandiwali Branch Mumbai-67 wherein I was told about an educational product in the form of CD which was delivered to me 0n 21/08/12 by Blue Dart . CD is not working and instead of many phone calls & reminders this company is not resolving the issue which gives me a feeling of being cheated and one should not trust online services . Please help me in getting the issue resolved & the firm should get penalised for this act.
