I filed earlier about Upstate Capital in Syracuse Ny..I am 71 and wanted to buy a smaller home which I found...I owed nothing on my home I lived in for over 40 yrs..Upstate Capital after 9 months playing with me sold me off to Generation Mortgage..now they both have 250,00 leans on my home so I can't sell it..and they want about 30,000 to get my deed back..Upstate Capital gave me 10,000 to get started so I put 2,000 down on this second home since I lost the first home with them taking so long..so after 9 months I did what Upstate told me to do...I gave Northwood Realty 2,000 to put on a house...aftre Upstate gave me the full instructions on what to do I gave Northwood realty of Uniontown Pa..the 2,000 then after I did that and got home they said oh no you can't do that...eventually Northwood asked me if I would be kind enough to bow out of the contract..which I did...I still had over a month to get the money which even Generation Mortgage who owned my deed now said I would get the money...they all lied..I have noone to help me since I live on disability...and can't afford a lawyer...This has really effected my health so much worse ..all I wanted was to be able to move to a smaller place which that both said they would help me do...Generation Mortgage called Upstate Capital liars...After a year messing with me and the Attorney Generals office was filed by me...and they said they would help which they never did...Like Upstate Capital said there wasn't a damn thing I could do to them...I have till Sept. 14 to now pay my taxes or my home goes up for sale...Taxes are high and now they have doubled...I have written to people and emailed people and this is the first time I've had a change to get my story out there...I am illitrate when it comes to the computer...but I am praying someone will help me in some way...I would love to be on tv with all these characters even though I am basically very reserved...Noone has the right to take your home like this...and what does Generation Mortgage do...after you pass...they hit your family up for the money...I haven't been able to do anything this last couple of years...untile I realized I might have to give up my shelter dogs and be put out of my home...I worked so hard taking care of family and parents and never took care of me..I just wanted a small place and found two and they just ignored me totally...Alot of people were sent out to my house and did nothing but just charged me...I guess that is where the 30 grand comes in...IF only I had a lawyer who cared and would get this on tv..I don't want anyone else to have these experiences with these companies...When I asked Northwood Realty about my money the realty who's friend was selling the house which I was buying ...The realtor said I will see if Kathy wants to give you back your money...Well you know the answer to that...and the money was never put in escrow..you know the few people I talk to even one lawyer who gave me advice..about contacting this company and that company and with post tramatic stress I am totally out of my mind...I have tried to sell anything I can to pay the taxes...I always payed my taxes which wasn't easy but after these people harrassing me I just gave up ...I had been painting the walls and they still are half painted...nothing done...If it wasn't for my shelter dogs I don't know what I would do...but if I lose this place I will have to give them up..I would never live in town so I would just live out of my car...but giving up my kids are my life...I don't know how to contact some of these people who help others..Like I said I am not very good at this..I sent a large letter out a couple of years ago to Ellen and Oprah...and sent them pictures of my animals...it cost me 22.50 for each letter I sent out.. I know they get tons of main but it just didn't help..emailed Anderson because he had someone on his show about scamming..Hey I even emailed Erin Brokivich..No matter who I tried to get in touch with nothing..I am so scared..I just ask for someone to help..Please help I am so worn out..thank you and God bless
