ON 6/6/2012 MY WIFE HAD ONE THERAPY SESSION.WE GAVE THEM OUR METIBLUE INSURANCR CARD .WE JUST RECIEVED A BILL FOR $ 145.00. the bill stated that we were not covered on our plan. we also gave them $35.00 as a copay.I.. called my insurance co. and they said that had paid the claim and they have the cancelled check to prove it maybe this was just a billing error. Ihave no way of knowing .If a haden' called my insurance co.they would gotent paid from you and also from me.
