I received 2 calls so far, one on 8/24/2012 and another yesterday 8/27/2012 around lunch time both days. I listened to the voice-mails left on my cell phone, the same guy both times, Robert or Robin Mcarthy, he accent was very strong and couldn't make him out clearly, very loud back ground noise and static in the phone call, he said he was an attorney with the Department of Justice. His accent was very strong. I called the number back today it came from Kansas, 913-839-6875. The guy answered, recited the last four of my SS#, phone number, my address and my name and told me a lawsuit was filed against me for 4 counts of fraud, and I would have to meet with 2 investigators on my job to dispute the charges and I could possibly be arrested, at this time I hung up! I called the Department of Justice and was told this is a scam,as well as found MANY site of complaints of this type naming Cash Advance America, who are these people!!!!!!!!!!
