I received a Past Due Notice in the amount of $627.39 which includes interest since June 2012. I called to ask about the invoice and let them know that I had not received any previous invoices for this charge and that I did not remember authorizing this service which was in the amount of $599.99 for online advertising. The customer service rep said I authorized this on May 7, 2012 and she played back a recording of all you can hear me say is Yes and No and some of the recording is really clear and some of it is not, mostly my answers are hard to hear. She said if I did not pay it that they would be sending it to a collection agency so I paid them by check over the phone. Then I looked them up online and found lots of information about scams so I immediately called my bank to put a stop payment on the check. I also sent them an email that if they did not immediately cancel this service for which I did not ask and for which I am not going to pay for that I would report them to the BBB and the FTC.
