I purchased out-of-stock-everywhere-else shoes from Rios. I gotta say...their site looks legit. However, after I hadn't heard from them, I google searched and found all the complaints about the "company". I immediately filed a Paypal complaint and inserted the URL to all these complaints for Paypal to see. Paypal contacted the "seller", I guess, because they responded with a tracking number. Everything about the tracking is identical to other complaints, "international letter". I haven't received the letter yet but Paypal didn't even require it. They refunded my money already. They are aware of the scam, however, it doesn't stop someone from closing one Paypal account and opening another. I wish the site could be pulled!!
