Used Car Dealer refuses to refund my down payment of $1300.00 on a $3995 year 2000 used Nissan Altima. The car's accelerator pedal stopped working a few blocks after we left the dealership. We wish to return it and get our money back for we fear more problems and headaches in the future. So, either I return the car and take the loss or keep it and pay outrageous finance charges! HELP
