I ordered a dress for my daughters Year 10 formal direct from the web site. At no time did it say it was a special order so I presumed it was a stock item. When it arrived it looked more like a fairy outfit than a formal frock. The tulle overlay was crushed and about 4 inches too long for the underskirt which was also long. The zipper in the back of the dress was not centered and very hard to raise and lower (my daughter is a trim 48 kilo's so its not because she is overweight). The sash was only held on by four single stitches and hangs down when the dress is on.

I sent them an email on there web site and waited, no reply. I sent another email and when I got no response I sent an email from my home email asking them why they did not answer there emails. I have all the emails saved on my computer, the response when received was that I needed to send pictures, which I did. They came back with the dress is very beautiful I said that it was not as ordered and demanded a return authorisation number as per their policy on the website. They have refused. I then filed a complaint with Paypal who have not been able to do anything. TB Dress have so far offered me $5.00, $10.00, $20.00 and finally offer of $35.00 to drop the claim - but I am refusing as they sold inferior product. I have also told Paypal I am not happy that they will not stop this kind of trader.
