i WAS CONTACTED THIS MORNING BY A WOMEN WITH A VERY HEAVY ACENT FROM lAS vEGAS TELLING ME i WON A LOTTERY FOR $560,000. i WAS THEN CONTACTED BY MATT DAVIES AT THE FEDERAL TRADE COMMINSION hE WOULD BE My contact
I was to send to the office of the Bank of Panama in Washington D.C. $6500. for Registration and license. the money would be coming fromPanama duty free and tax free.

They asked if I was married (I am ) and whether I was working ( I am retired. My age (71).
They wanted to know if I had any investments in stocks or bonds. I said a little and they wanted to know if I had money in a savings account. I said very little.

I told them I could not come up with that kind of money for awhile and they said they would contact me Sept 4th.

Obviously this is a scam.

Can you do anything about it.
