Thomas A. Johnson aka Thomas Alexander Johnson is a conartist and a gypsy. He has no fix address and doesnt reveal where he lives so you cant obtain legal action against him. He doesnt drive due to his license being suspended in Maryland. He travels by metrorail or has a friend or his college aged sons shofer him to his required meeting place. In addition, he has two young sons the ages of 11 and 12 years old. He brings them to his meetings to create an illusion that he is a trustworthy respectful man. He is about 5'8" in height, 170 lbs., light complexion, african american, light eyes, bald,wears a fitted baseball cap most of the time and carries a black briefcase. He is scamming people with the sales pitch that he has acres of land and property that is free and clear from monetary liens. He is also proporting he is licensed in DC & MD to conduct mortgage transactions. The morgtage company is named Sunrise Mortgage Home Financing, 1730 K Street, NW Washington DC 20006. He will promise to fund a loan by using his land or property as collateral. He will state the fee is $2,000.00 per $ 100,000.00 needed to refinance or purchase your transaction. Offers a very low interst rate and claims he can close in 30 - 60 days. He will issue a loan commitment letter to stop foreclosure or negoitate a purchase or short sale. He claims he is receiving the cash to fund your deal from Walls Street investors. The cash is released to him by using his land or property as the collateral to fund your deal at closing/settlement. Do not give this man your money. He will stop accepting calls from you once he has the funds. He is not afraid to cash checks at the bank as of yet.
