I've contacted this company several time with no positive end. This software still dont work. Here are the instructions I received and I followed them all.

I understand this whole process might be too technical for you, but I'm sure this will work for you, like it did for others who had no previous experience with mobile phones/computers.
I performed a detailed analysis of your account, to fully understand the issue you're dealing with. Apparently there is a conflicting error that prevents you from launching the attack. Don't worry there is a quick fix for this.
Let me explain: There are 2 possible causes for this situation:
1) Your phone isn't properly configured to intercept the target phone.
In this case, a quick fix for this would be to update your phone’s software and try again.
and/or
2) The target phone is running an application that is blocking all external communications.

I would very much like to get your program to work on my PC. I've tried every step you people have given me. I was also told to update my cell phone and I tried I recived a message my phone was up to date. What software do I need to have installed on my cell phone in order to get your program to work. IM, Navigator, City ID or what; Or do I need a newer phone. Something is very wrong here. On my Dashboard all I get is a buffing logo that spends for up to 30 minuts and nothing else.

This sounds like your .NET has not installed properly. So you will need to uninstall .NET framework and clean it from your system and then install it again on your machine.

If this manual method do not work, you can use our NET Framework cleanup tool.

Just download, extract and run file. Select the version of .NET Framework that you want to cleanup and click the “Cleanup Now” button. The cleanup process takes a while, so be patient and don’t close the cleanup tool or restart your computer.
This tool is designed as a last resort for cases where install, uninstall or repair did not succeed for unusual reasons.
