Michael Spector repaired our foundation in November of 2008. In doing so, he over jacked the foundation and caused large cracks in the foundation. His employees are mostly undocumented Mexicans he gets every morning. Only a few really work for him. During the repairs, his people urinated and defecated in the holes they dug for the piers. The workers on the east side of the house dug around the rain drainage system pipes, while the workers on the west side, broke through the pipes. Spector said he would repair the pipes and has never done so. One of the holes they cut through in one of the bedrooms had to be left open for plumbing repairs. Sepector said he would be back in two days to fill in the hole and pour the cement to repair the slab. He never came back.

The house continues to settle and cracks appear in the walls and bricks just like before. Every time I call him, he is very rude and lies consistently. He says he’ll be here in two days, never comes, says he’ll be here in a week, in two weeks, no show. I call him every day, and he has stopped answering the phone, never returns the call. I’ve been lied to my Spector for the years now. All lies, no action.
