Ordered shoes from this website on 8/15/2012. Payment was instantly deducted via PayPal to a person named "yanli hou” of which is NOT verified by PayPal. Website claims shipping will occur within 24-48 hours of purchase. Website states “phone support available 7 days a week” but yet they provide NO NUMBER! Emailed the seller through their PayPal contact info ([email protected]) Ten days later-no item received, no communication either. Google searched “Rios-Shoes" and found this site. Filed a complaint with PayPal and currently is being reviewed. BEWARE!
