This is actually the 2nd time we've had an unrecogized charge from First Car Plaza. The first time my bank reversed the charge, and had us cancel the card. This time, I tried calling them instead (727-478-6005). The lady who answered was very polite and said they were an online auto parts supply, and she was able to look up the order (cigarette lighter adapter). I explained that we hadn't ordered this item or anything from them. She said the charge would be reversed within 3 business days. So I'll let you know what happens. I do keep an eye on my accounts.
As a side note, I asked my bank's fraud department keep an eye out for charges from this merchant.
