This company Pacific Advance took out $30.00 from my account without my permission. As a result I was charged an overdraft fee of $37.00 and $6.99 per day for sustained overdraft fees which was seven days ($48.93) = $115.93. After investigation by my bank for fraud, on 08/21/2012 Credit Memo $30.00
Memo: 08-07-12 UNAUTHORIZED MAKER 001502229001112
they returned the above. Don't give up and contact your bank and fight these scam companies. I would suggest don't applying for a payday loan online. There are those obviously looking to get rich of people who do so.
Watch out for Pacific Advances; they are a scam company.

Same thing happened to me this month. Never heard of them before. Going to stop payment on the check and make sure they are not able to cash another $30.00 one!
