I have been scammed at the Honda Babylon dealership. They replaced the oil pan with no good reason. According to the Babylon Honda technician, the replacement of the entire oil pan was absolutely necessary because the thread of the oil pan were stripped and leading to the leakage of oil.
After the replacement, I took the old oil pan to 5 different mechanics and one of them being Honda certified technian and all agreed that there is nothing wrong with the threads of the oil pan and that Babylon Honda shouldn't have replaced the oil pan.
After the ordeal with the Babylon Honda's director assistance, I contacted the American Honda for help as they are the headquater. They opened a case but American Honda couldn't do anything(even with a clear statement from the Honda certified technician at St James that the oil pan has no preblems) because the dealer refuse of any wrong doing. According to American Honda, he told me that they have no control over the Honda dealers because they are independently operated and owned businesses and there is no further assistance for me. This is a fraud and clearly a violation of law that take advantage of customer who does not have a profund mechanical knowledge. All the mechanics that I went for second opinions such as Mobil, Getty, Jiffy Lube told me that they speculate that Babylon Honda did such replacement just merely to make money. All the above mentioned mechanics are willing to help me and get involved if they are needed. Please be advised that I have no personal relationship with any of the above consulted mechanics. For your consideration my car is 2011 Pilot brand new purchased on 2010 on that Babylon dealership which I regret so much. Please help me to get my money back that I paid $ 455.15 for the replacement of the oil pan only. The oil change was also done at the same time of oil pan replacement. And if possible please protect others victims from this kind of fraud happening again. Thank you for your time and assiatance.

I would like to get the full refund of $455.15 for the replacement of oil pan. And if possible a monetary compensation for my time wasted and hassle and emotional distress that I went trough for this situation.
