Landmark Curbing and Masonry

3.5 years ago I hired Landmark Curbing and Masonry to put concrete curbing around 5 flower beds and outline the side walk and the north side of my house, total cost was $3000, paid in full upon completion of job. The job was completed in early October 2008. The following winter once the weather was below freezing for extended period of time, my wife and I noticed the curbing was cracking in various places. Coincidentally, Mr Stacey Almond came back to our residence to patch up some work that we wanted done, at this time, he did the patch work in a different color from the original color, at this time he stated that the reason the curbing was cracking was the wrong mixture that he used. He would order the correct supplies and come back within 2-3 weeks to complete the job. We have called Mr Almond approximately 40-50 times over the last year and a half. Sometimes a return call stating he was still waiting for supplies, once received he would be out to correct the problem, but more often no answer. So after 2 years of waiting and calling he now refuses our phone calls and no return calls ever. I found his new web site with beautiful pictures of his work and decided to give him another call. In my phone message: I stated that I see he has a nice new web site with nice pictures, however why haven't you responded to any of our phone messages to resolve our problem, within 24 hours Mr. Almond took down his web site (the one that I referenced in the phone message). The web site was taken for approx 6 week, now its back up and he still refuses to answer e-mails and/or phone calls.
